When reporting an issue, include your Plando app version, iOS version, device model, the screen where the issue happened, and any screenshots you are comfortable sharing.
Subscriptions
Plando Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can manage, cancel, or request subscription help through your Apple ID purchase settings. Plando can help check app-side entitlement issues if you include your Plando user ID from the app settings page.
